We are asked about a spring cleaning or a deep clean on occasion with our regular customers. This cleaning involves washing window sills, baseboards, door frames, light/electric switches, etc.
With our regular customers, there is no reason for the extra work, because its included with our regular cleaning. On every visit, we select an area of the house to deep clean, rotating through all of the house by every quarter. In between the deep cleaning, the areas get dusted and spot checked as needed.

Communication is Key with our Customers
We really work with our customers to provide the best service. To be able to give this to our customers, we need to be able to communicate with them. A key requirement for this is to be able to speak English. All of our team members are required to speak English. Its wonderful if our team members have more than one language, but in order to provide the best service they must be able to speak English.

We can get the dusting in the Foyer and Great Room tall ceilings
Dusting in those tall ceilings is standard cleaning for Maid 2 Glimmer.
All of our team leads have a tall extension pole to get those high areas. Additionally, some of those cobwebs are stubborn and don’t come off easily. Many people are not aware that there is a specific brush to to go on the end of the poles to remove these cobwebs. Our teams have a deep clean tote and we carry this brush in order to assure these areas are cleaned perfectly,
