There are several reasons for using a company for cleaning. Even more important than the constancy that they bring is the security of their insurance:
- Bonded Employees
- For a company to be bonded they background check their employees. This verifies they are hiring employees without a record. If there is an issue, this provides insurance for the customer
- Liability Insurance
- Accidents happen. When they do, companies have insurance to cover any problems that arise both to protect the company but the customer also.
- Workman’s Compensation
- This insurance covers employees when they are injured at work. Without this, workers hurt at your location would fall under the homeowners insurance. Any claims would then be assessed to the premiums of that homeowner.
